Flickr: The Brandenburg Outback
Just load up a bunch of pictures from my walk through Brandenburgs beautiful landscape and I am not saying that in a sarcastic way. Brandenburg really has some spots. I visited an ostrich farm today in Neulöwenberg. That was pretty cool, because you usually don’t have the chance to see so many ostrichs at once and they are beautiful and strange and curious birds. Unfortunately I could not get closer and take some better pictures. But there’s a chance to get guided tours around the area.

My second stop, was the castle in Meseberg. There are quiet a few castles and better farm houses in Brandenburg. Some are sadly abandoned and in a terrible state, but some are very nice and representative like the castle in Meseberg. Its one of the official guest houses that the german government has.
